Stacey started the day off early with family and friends helping her decorate the reception site at the Old Cowtown Museum. The early start was worth it because it looked incredible when they were finished. It was obvious that Stacey had spent a lot of time planning everything down to the smallest detail. Stacey & Marshall's colors were brown and pink with touches of green, including the centerpieces of tall vases filled with green apples and topped with beautiful flower arrangements of a variety of pink flowers.

Stacey left the reception site in the capable hands of her helpers so she could start getting ready at the Hotel at Old Town. As Stacey's friend and bridesmaid, Jessica, did her hair in a flattering up do, Marshall was texting Stacey to ask if she'd meet him at the church. Her answer was yes, of course. With a little extra time, Stacey slipped into her beautiful sheath wedding gown with chapel length train and lace overlay that was adorned with beading and sequin. I was able to grab a few shots of Stacey around the hotel while Brett got a few shots of the guys getting ready.

The wedding was at the quaint Woodland United Methodist Church in North Riverside. The stone exterior, solid wood doors and stained glass windows are just a few of the beautiful architectural details of the church. The couple decided to see each other before the ceremony, Marshall was so excited to see Stacey that he snuck to the back of the church to see her as soon as she walked through the church doors instead of waiting at the front of the church. Even though he got a sneak peak, Marshall played along as Stacey's six bridesmaids peeked through one of the side doors to watch Stacey walk down the aisle to Marshall.

After the wedding, the couple exited the church to a ton of bubbles as they made their way to the limo. The couple and wedding party met us at Riverside Park for a few shots before heading to the reception. The highlight of the reception was when Stacey & Marshall surprised Marshall's grandparents with a 50th Anniversary cake to celebrate their shared wedding day.

A few of the other special touches at the reception were the beautiful wedding cake with rhinestone ribbons and cascading flowers, Texas shaped grooms cake, personalized cups, and the candy table with pink M&M's, Whoppers and Kisses. There were so many other details making Stacey & Marshall's wedding & reception so uniquely theirs that you'll have to check out the debut in order to see them all. Everything was beautiful and well planned, making the entire day exactly what Stacey & Marshall had wanted it to be. Thanks again Stacey & Marshall for being such good sports and letting us take so many pictures. And for letting Natanya take a few shots at the park for her class. You guys kept us laughing and we had a great time capturing your day.

Thanks again, Cheryl & Brett
